What happens if I'm on vacation?+
Skip 1, 2, or 3 deliveries from your dashboard. Your card isn't charged for skipped deliveries.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One click from your dashboard. Your last paid delivery still ships, and that's it. No surprise charges, no retention dark patterns.
What if I don't love an arrangement?+
Happiness guarantee. Celenia will remake it or refund that delivery. Same as our one-time orders.
Do I get to pick the flowers?+
Not exactly — and that's the point. You tell Celenia your style at signup (colors, vibe, flowers to avoid), and she designs around that. It means she gets to use what's freshest at market, which is how the magic happens.
How does delivery work?+
Free delivery on every membership arrangement, within our 30-mile Northern Virginia service area. You choose your delivery day at signup; deliveries arrive in the 10am-2pm window.
Can I gift a membership to someone?+
Yes — a 1, 3, or 6-month gift membership is a beautiful gift. Buyer pays once, recipient receives the arrangements and manages the experience. (Gift flow coming in Phase 2 of the launch.)
What if my card expires or fails?+
We notify you immediately, with a 3-day grace period and one-click card update. No silent failures, no surprise pauses.
How much do I save vs. ordering individually?+
Bouquet members save about $25/month vs. ordering two arrangements ad-hoc with delivery. Studio members save about $75/month. But the real value isn't the discount — it's the relationship, the curation, and the convenience.
