Questions
Can you automatically send birthday and anniversary flowers every year?
Yes. Save each recipient's birthdays, anniversaries or other important dates with Bloom Calendar. Choose a size, add flower preferences and a card message, and we arrange the deliveries each year. We email you two weeks before each delivery so you can review or skip it before the charge.
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged when you sign up. Each delivery is charged to the card you save seven days before it arrives, and we email you two weeks before with what is going and where.
What if their day falls on a Sunday?
We deliver the Saturday before, since we don't deliver on Sundays. The sign-up shows the exact day for every date before you save it.
Can I change the flowers, the card or the address?
Yes. You can request different flowers or change the colours and flowers to avoid until the charge day, seven days before delivery. Specific stems depend on what's fresh and available. You can change the card message or address later, and cancel for a full refund by the end of two calendar days before delivery.
Do Mother's Day, Father's Day and the other holidays work?
Yes. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas are in the list, and we work out the right date each year.
Where do you deliver?
To eligible ZIP codes across Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The sign-up checks each recipient ZIP before you save a delivery.
Can I add people later, or stop?
Any time, from your page. Add someone, change a date, or pause or stop the whole calendar. Anything already paid for still arrives, or can be cancelled for a refund.
