Questions
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged when you sign up. Each delivery is charged to the card you save seven days before it arrives, and we email you two weeks before with what is going and where.
What if their day falls on a Sunday?
We deliver the Saturday before, since we don't deliver on Sundays. The sign-up shows the exact day for every date before you save it.
Can I change the flowers, the card or the address?
Yes. Until a delivery is charged you can change it or skip it. After the charge you can still change the card message or the address, and cancel for a full refund until the day before it goes.
Do Mother's Day, Father's Day and the other holidays work?
Yes. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas are in the list, and we work out the right date each year.
Where do you deliver?
Across Northern Virginia, within 30 miles of Bristow. The sign-up checks each address as you type it.
Can I add people later, or stop?
Any time, from your page. Add someone, change a date, or pause or stop the whole calendar. Anything already paid for still arrives, or can be cancelled for a refund.
