Cancellations
Changed your mind? Cancel your order with one click from your order management page. Full refund, no questions asked, as long as it's at least 24 hours before your delivery date.
How it works
Every order confirmation email includes a secure "Manage Your Order" link. Click it, tap "Cancel This Order," and your refund is processed instantly. That's it.

See It Before It Arrives
Every arrangement comes with a sneak peek - Celenia sends you a photo of your actual flowers before they leave the studio. If something's not quite right, let her know and she'll adjust before delivery. No surprises.
Good to Know
- -Fresh flowers are perishable, so we can't accept physical returns. Our happiness guarantee covers everything instead.
- -Slight variations in color and bloom type may occur based on seasonal availability. This is part of the beauty of fresh, handcrafted florals - and Celenia always selects the best stems available.
