• Payment information (processed securely by Square - we never store card details)

When someone gives the Bloom Club as a gift, the recipient's name and address are provided by the giver and used only to deliver their bouquets and to reach them about those deliveries.

Dates You Ask Us to Keep

If you ask us to keep someone's dates, we store their name, their address and the dates you give us, and use them only to arrange and deliver those flowers. You can change or remove them at any time from your page.

Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Square, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Your payment information is encrypted end-to-end.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Square - payment processing and order management
• Vercel - website hosting
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel - website analytics and performance measurement when enabled

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your shopping cart and checkout session. When website analytics are enabled, we use cookies and browser storage to understand visits and how customers find us. For up to 90 days, we remember a random visitor and session identifier, public landing page, referring website hostname and selected campaign tags. We keep the first observed arrival and the latest referral or campaign separately. A missing referrer stays unknown.

We may attach this source information to an accepted signup, inquiry or paid order in our private records. Separate inquiry source records are kept for up to 90 days. Order snapshots follow the lifetime of the order record. We use random identifiers, not your name, email, phone or delivery address, to find related Clarity sessions. On links between Lavender Blooms and Lavender Lane Events, a short-lived random reference can carry the arrival evidence without placing your personal details in the link. Each brand keeps its own analytics property.

You can turn off website analytics below. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Shopping, signup and payment still work with analytics disabled.

In regions where opt-in is required, analytics stay off until you choose to allow them.
