How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 2 days before your desired delivery date. For holidays like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, ordering a week ahead ensures the best selection.
What if I'm not happy with my arrangement?
We stand behind every arrangement with our Happiness Guarantee. If something isn't right, visit your order management page (link in your confirmation email) within 24 hours of delivery and we'll remake your arrangement fresh or give you a full refund - your choice, no questions asked.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes - cancel with one click from the 'Manage Your Order' link in your confirmation email. Full refund, no questions asked, as long as it's at least 24 hours before your delivery date. Within 24 hours? Text or call Celenia at (703) 994-6887 and she'll take care of it.
What if the recipient isn't home?
We'll leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot at the door. If you have specific instructions (gate codes, side door, etc.), add them during checkout.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Absolutely! Use our Custom Arrangement request form to tell us your vision - preferred colors, flowers, occasion, and budget. Our happiness guarantee applies to custom orders too.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Bristow, VA, covering Northern Virginia, parts of DC, and nearby Maryland communities.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Rush same-day orders are available for a $30 fee. Place your order before 10:00 AM for same-day delivery, or before noon for same-day pickup. Rush orders are subject to availability - we'll confirm within 30 minutes or issue a full refund. A maximum of 2 rush orders are accepted per day.
Will I see my arrangement before delivery?
Yes! Celenia sends you a sneak peek photo of your actual arrangement before it leaves the studio. If something's not quite right, let her know and she'll adjust before delivery.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! During checkout you'll see a gift message field with suggested messages. You can also write your own personal note.
What if my arrangement looks different from the photo?
Each arrangement is crafted by hand with the freshest seasonal blooms available. Flower varieties and vessel may vary slightly based on what's in season, but the overall style, color palette, and value will always be honored. That's the beauty of a hand-crafted arrangement - every one is unique.
How do I care for my flowers?
Check our Care Instructions page for detailed tips. The short version: trim stems at an angle, change water every 2 days, and keep away from direct sunlight and fruit.
What is the delivery window?
All deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on your selected date. We're unable to guarantee an exact time within that window, but we'll always handle your arrangement with care to ensure it arrives fresh and beautiful.
